Reinforced sidewalls, very smooth central tread, aggressive cornering and ultra-resistant construction: this is the tire for XC routes that combine compact terrain with roots, rocks and debris. Mezcal XC Trail is designed for speed and to withstand the strongest impacts.

The central knobs form a continuous line that makes the tire slide quickly, while the knobs on the sides give the necessary support to tackle fast turns on hard and slippery surfaces. Uphill, on bends, downhill: no tire accompanies you like the Mezcal.

The Mezcal XC Trail uses four graphene-enhanced compounds to minimize rolling resistance and maximize grip. The 120 TPI XC Trail TLR nylon carcass is durable and supple, and is further reinforced by additional side protectors.

Graphene 4C compound

Graphene-infused rubber in a gradual combination of four compounds on the tread and shoulders. Two stabilizing base compounds increase puncture resistance and create a base for climbing, braking and cornering. Trail compounds reduce rolling resistance, increase traction and become grippy on hairpin bends and off-camber sections, wet or dry.

Reinforced 120 TPI XC-Trail carcass

The XC-Race TLR model, a reinforced racing shell, combines a durable and supple 120-TPI nylon construction with additional sidewall protection. Responsiveness, dampened vibrations and a soft feel on the trail, with a little extra puncture insurance.
