The central knobs form a continuous line that makes the tire slide quickly, while the knobs on the sides give the necessary support to tackle fast turns on hard and slippery surfaces. Uphill, on bends, downhill: no tire accompanies you like the Mezcal.

The Mezcal XC combines a rugged, abrasion-resistant nylon tubeless ready shell with a graphene-infused compound. Longevity, puncture resistance and optimal traction: ideal qualities for exploring new trails or riding your local circuits.

Graphene 4C compound

Graphene-infused rubber in a gradual combination of four compounds on the tread and shoulders. Two stabilizing base compounds increase puncture resistance and create a base for climbing, braking and cornering. Trail compounds reduce rolling resistance, increase traction and become grippy on hairpin bends and off-camber sections, wet or dry.

120 TPI nylon case

The highest thread count in our cyclocross line, meaning it's our most flexible and lightest cross shell. Durable nylon threads resist the stresses of transitions between the belt, and the relatively high thread count reduces rolling resistance and maintains gravel feel by dampening vibrations.
