Starting from the innovative lever system of the Ergopower brake/shift levers, which speeds up shifting operations, the Campagnolo Super Record 2x12 speed derailleur introduces numerous technical innovations. The effort required for shifting has been reduced by splitting the front connecting piece, which avoids contact with the stop screw. The shape of the internal guide plate is designed for maximum climbing speed, while the one-piece external guide plate profile ensures efficient chain ascending and fast, smooth descending thanks to the use of carbon fibers.
The look of this component integrates perfectly with the Super Record group thanks to the use of unidirectional carbon fibers and titanium bolts. The fine adjustment of the derailleur positions, adjustable via the Ergopower controls, avoids any contact with the chain even at maximum crossover. In terms of compatibility, the Super Record derailleur can be mounted with tires up to 32mm, thanks to the top fitting and double drive cable attachment.
