An art in itself. Made exclusively at the new Schwalbe factory. The construction differs completely from the manufacturing of a normal bicycle tyre. For every single "Handmade Tubular" many phases of careful manual processing are necessary. Only the most expert personnel are employed to assemble the individual components with the most diverse assembly, gluing and sewing techniques.
